they are adding the healing debuff for flame shk. In the PTR, it looked like it would have a healing debuff like Mortal Strike. That's dissapointing. But then again...

Seems to me SR may find more of a use in bgs where you might be attked by quite a few enemies at oe, and if you have a healerlose by the extra dmg redtionould help save your skin. But the extra quk heal for yourself or a teammate may find more use in a arena mah... But ya I will agree with Gaudion both are ...
