Seems to me SR may find more of a use in bgs where you might be attked by quite a few enemies at oe, and if you have a healerlose by the extra dmg redtionould help save your skin. But the extra quk heal for yourself or a teammate may find more use in a arena mah... But ya I will agree with Gaudion both are still rather week in a pvp situation regardless for an enhaement shaman. On the plus side at least SR finds its uses in pve for enh shaman in raids so if you don't like resping a lot thisould save you someash just stking with SR. It is a shame though that they dont just leave the duration alone, i don't think the full 30 sonds is going to make us OP at all in any situation. Overall, this puts the talent where it should have been originally. But lets take aloser look at thehange... 1. PVE: slight nerf. Explaination: PVE raiders dont need to worry about the efft getting dispelled, so the only usefull things are the damage redtion and the mana returns. Now, the mana returns overall, on average, about the same amount as pre 2.4. However, the duration redtion means that you dont have the opportunity to have some time with essentially free spells (meaning that you're shking and totem twisting, burning mana at the same rate that you get it bk from SR) sie all the 15 ss will probably be dedated to refilling the mana bar. The duration redtion is a also a slight nerf, as youould theoretally have the 30% redtion for ~14 of a fight if you pop it everyooldown. Still not a bighange however as many fights have predtable times to use it (i.e. bursting Na'jentus' shield, eat a doomfire, eat a bloodrage or fixate, e). 2. PVP: Huge buff for 5v5, slightly less for 3v3, sidegrade for BG's. Explaination: Good players use dispells in arena mahes. Making it non dispellable means you get more duration for damage redtion, and the higher pr means you dont have to stay in range as long to get some mana bk. Had Blizz left the duration alone while keeping the 30% damage redtion, youould spend 25% of an arena mah with that up. Now, I know enhae is generally somewhat lking in arena, but that kind of ability is OP. Besides, if you want to substitute NS for it, you have to make somehoes about talents in the enhae tree to give up (guardian totems, the new imp. ghost wolf, mental qukness, antation, and weaponsenhaing totemsomes to mind) to get the 21 into resto.
